Location is phenomenal, just 3 blocks from Zocalo! Loved the colonial beauty of the hotel, complemented by friendly, 24-hour staff. The complimentary laundry and delicious breakfast, featuring the most amazing coffee, were delightful surprises. Rooms were spacious with incredible security, ensuring a relaxing stay. An unforgettable experience awaits!

stunning stained glass ceiling, historic facade, two blocks from Zocalo
I wish the room cleaning process was more efficient!!! The shower design needs rethinking to prevent water pooling. A lounge chair option in the terrace area would also enhance relaxation!!!

Super clean and modern inside.
I wish the terrace was available. The lack of outdoor space made it tough to unwind. Additionally, there were issues with noise from other guests that disturbed our peace throughout the night.

would definitely go again
The room was a spacious king studio with a cozy vibe. It had a microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, and a sofa bed. Super comfy bed too! Free breakfast included freshly baked items and a nice variety of juices. Great location close to Zocalo and very friendly staff made us feel at home.

The sofa bed in the King Studio felt quite aged and less than comfortable, which might not suit everyone’s taste. The bathroom had a slight issue with the shower setup. the flat surface caused water pooling, leading to an unfortunate slip incident for my wife. Even after complaining, the offered upgrade came with an extra charge, although it was later waived, possibly due to the circumstances. Breakfast options lacked variety too—while the fresh fruit was nice, the daily repetition of beans and tortillas might get old fast for some. Overall, still a decent stay despite these bumps.

pleasant stay with great service, though room could improve
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable during our stay. The breakfast exceeded expectations, with a variety of options that were complimentary.
The room could have used better soundproofing.

the hampton inn's location is perfect for exploring the area. the room was cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. the free breakfast was a standout, offering a great variety of traditional mexican and american dishes. the staff, especially martin at the concierge, made our stay special with helpful tips and warm service. they even arranged a ride back to the airport for us!

The location near Zocalo is unbeatable. I loved being steps away from so much action and history. The neighborhood felt vibrant, especially during the day. My room was comfortable, with a solid work area. However, the sofa bed wasn’t great. it felt worn out and could really use replacing. Breakfast had some nice options, like fresh fruit, but often the main dishes weren’t warm enough. The service was friendly, especially from Martin at the concierge, who gave excellent recommendations. What I really didn’t like was the lighting in the room. it wasn't sufficient, making it hard to relax sometimes. While there’s lots to love, the hotel has room for improvement in comfort and dining.

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of the City!
Our family stay was fantastic! The rooftop terrace provided stunning views and was perfect for relaxing. The room was spacious, and the staff went above and beyond, especially Alex and Edgar—they arranged tours and taxis seamlessly. Be sure to try the breakfast. options vary daily, although it can get crowded.
